A: Please make sure you are able to attend SocialDay before purchasing your tickets. Due to the nature of the event, we cannot provide refunds for non-attendees.

A: Social Media Fest is for people who actually work in social media. That includes social media marketers, content and community managers, heads of social, marketing managers, freelancers, consultants, in house teams, agency folk, creators, and people working in influencer and paid social. You’ll find people from big brands, growing businesses, charities, startups, and agencies. Whether you’re early in your career or leading a team, if social is part of your job, you’ll feel at home here.

A: Social Media Fest is built to be useful. You’ll hear from people doing the work right now, sharing what’s actually working, what’s changed, and what they’ve learned the hard way. Sessions are practical, honest, and designed to help you think differently about your day to day work. You’ll also have loads of chances to chat, question, swap notes, and connect with people who really get the job.

A: Your ticket includes barista coffee on arrival, lunch from a range of street food style vendors, CPD accredited learning, and access to all talks, panels, workshops, and activations across both days. You also get plenty of space to network, take breaks, and actually digest what you’re learning without being rushed.

A: The agenda covers the stuff social media marketers are dealing with right now, including the creator economy, AI, paid social, ROI, influencer marketing, B2B social, and platform strategy. Sessions are led by people doing the work, not repeating the same circuit talks or unrelatable personal success stories. Everything is designed to be practical, transferable, and helpful for your everyday job.
Q: What if I don’t know anyone there?
A: You won’t be the only one, promise. We set up a group chat for people attending solo so you can connect before the event. On the day, our team is always around to help make introductions, answer questions, or just help you feel settled.

Q: Can I purchase my ticket onsite the day of SocialDay?
A: All tickets must be purchased in advance. We are unable to take payments on the day of the event.
