  • 9:45am - 21 Twitter Tricks (Yes, 21!)

    Like the final round on a TV quiz show, Dave Pepper will cover 21 fool-proof ways to give your Twitter presence a makeover - all in 21 minutes! Covering both organic and paid topics, these research-backed tips will ensure that your Twitter profile, whether personal, professional or that of a client, exceeds all expectations.

  • 10.15am - Audio & Social: What Sounds Right?

    In this session James and Jess will look at where audio has been, what the future might look like, and identify some real world examples of audio working as part of a wider social media strategy. They also aim to look at trends in the audio space including smart speakers and the platform that got everybody talking: Clubhouse.

  • 10.45am - Splendid Cultural Impact: Breaking Records With Walkers Crisps

    This session will explore the story behind some of the brand's iconic campaigns and what can be learned from them. Splendid’s Alex Clough will also be looking at the role of content in generating authentic 'talkability', and the importance of earned cultural impact in building brands for the future.

  • 11.45am - Driving Influence: Behavioural Science & Influencer Marketing

    Good adverts grab our attention - great ones, our trust. In this session, Tailify’s Alan Gray will consider how the best influencers go beyond mere exposure to establish deep, meaningful connections with their followers. He’ll show how influencer performance depends on the same mechanisms of relationship development identified by behavioural science, and ask how this work can help in influencer selection and strategy.

  • 12.20pm - Collaboration & Social Media: How to Maximise Cross-Channel Brand Campaigns

    In this session, giffgaff’s Lisa Boyles will look at removing our own egos from the equation, delving into how to break silos and collaborate effectively with your brand advertising and performance/commerce teams to deliver the most effective cross-channel campaigns for your organisation.

  • 2pm - Purple Marketing: Growing Your Brand Through Accessibility

    In this session, Martyn Sibley, Founder of Purple Goat Agency, will be sharing his personal story of being disabled since birth, while weaving the history of disability rights towards the huge business case brands are currently grabbing. By discussing the power of ‘purple marketing’, Martyn will showcase how brands can grow through accessibility, inclusion and representation of all 1.3 billion disabled people globally.

  • 2.30pm - Understanding Language, Culture & Inclusivity in 2021

    Brands and social media marketers are more aware than ever of the importance of transparency. So why do so many of us still shy away from talking openly about these issues? And what more can brands do to ensure inclusivity at the heart of everything they do? Our experts will discuss all of these questions and more in this trailblazing final day panel.

    In this session, former influencer and Co-Founder of Pepper Studio Beckii Flint will be exploring the power of creativity within an influencer campaign, breaking down the position of ROI within an influencer campaign, and seeing what can happen when a brand sacrifices a little control for a lot of creativity.
