SocialDay’s Social Media Fest 2025 is being held at the brilliant Phantom Peak, and we are delighted to have Jonathan Taylor, Head of Marketing at Phantom Peak, joining our Meet the Expert sessions.

Jonathan’s career started in West End & Touring theatre, where he worked on contracts before transitioning into marketing at Bill Kenwright Ltd. He played a key role in launching the first West End show after the pandemic, and since then has specialised in marketing for immersive experiences, having worked on projects such as Mamma Mia! The Party, The War of The Worlds Immersive, The Gunpowder Plot, and Elvis Evolution.

Now leading the marketing team at Phantom Peak, Jonathan is at the forefront of using social media to amplify live experiences, ensuring that organic and paid social strategies work together to maximise reach and engagement. What does Phantom Peak do?

Phantom Peak is a live experience and opened in 2022 with the mission to bring audiences into a town where they could freely explore, solve puzzles, and ultimately: have fun!

Phantom Peak is a living, breathing town in the heart of London. Go on quests with live actors, uncover secrets, and shape your own story. Grab a drink by the waterfall, explore at your pace, and dive into a world that evolves every 3-4 months with each season.

Everybody is welcome at Phantom Peak. If you love pop culture, escape rooms, or just generally having a good time, it’ll be for you.
